   Got this for my Switch OLED and I’m loving it so far. I like the feel of it much better than the Hori Split Pad, ergonomically there’s actually more to hold on to even with the sides being narrower, and it just fits better in my hand overall as a guy with pretty average size hands. Really solid construction too, definitely doesn’t feel cheap and doesn’t wiggle around ever so slightly like the split pad since it’s one piece. The joysticks feel great and I actually think the shoulder buttons are almost perfect contrary to what some people said.

   Just a couple complaints. The D-pad is a little bit mushy but overall pretty average, not unusable by any means. The bigger issue for me is how clicky the ABXY buttons are. I can’t believe I never saw this in a review, because they are loud. Definitely wouldn’t use this in public just because I feel like I’d be annoying people, but I wanted it for laying in bed or sitting on the couch anyway so it works fine for that. Overall, I’d definitely recommend, just keep that in mind.

   Seemed great it feels brilliant way better then the joy cons or the split pad I tried but the problem is that the triggers stick. They seemed to have an intermittent issue at first but now they stick constantly. I played wreckfest and, when I want to stop accelerating, I have to pull the trigger out. Really poor quality sadly.

   have a oled switch fits nice and tight and plastic looks soooooo good in person 1000000% recomend buttons feel quick and snapy and a perfect amount of mush solid high quality plastic with awesome colour only down side is that the vibration is over kill and shakes the screen sooo much you cant read the screen butt the motion controll is amazing works well heres a little hack for you switch too unscrew your switch and put new higher quality thermal paste and remove the vent covers if you use oled because this thing gots HOT!!! when you put on the retro flag one peice controller on

   Great feeling buttons and sticks. My L and R buttons are kinda mushy and feel slightly different to each other but beyond that all the buttons feel great. In particular, the face buttons are some of my favorites on any switch controller I’ve tried. The hall effect sticks are very smooth, and whether you like it or not, the yellow C stick nubby guy is here and it gives the controller a lot of character in my opinion. The grip on the back is also nicely shaped, smooth, and it’s easy to reach the D-pad and right analog stick unlike on many handheld switch controllers. Since it’s not relying on the switch’s rails system, it makes the whole thing feel like one solid unit instead of having the controllers be a little wobbly on the each side of the switch tablet. This makes the whole package feel really premium. My main gripe with the controller is that it’s just really heavy. For reference, the switch tablet is 297 grams. Each regular joycon is around 50 grams, making the switch with regular joycons attached 398 grams. The Hori Split Pad Pro controllers each weigh 80 grams, which means when attached, it’s 457 grams. But this thing? 270 grams WITHOUT the switch, when it’s plugged in the whole thing weighs a FAT 567 grams. That’s too much for me when laying in bed holding it up to my face – so I did some surgery and removed the rumble motors. They’re the same big ones that they put in regular controllers, and make a up a pretty good chunk of the weight of the Retroflag. They’re not hard to remove if you’ve ever opened up controllers before, just be careful with the ribbon cables. Overall this thing is a steal for $50 and really brings nice feeling big buttons and sticks to the handheld format – notably better than the Hori Split Pad Pro – but I haven’t tried the Split Pad Compact or the Nitro deck which are some of the other popular options.
