   Decidí hacer la compra y tras recibir el pedido antes del tiempo indicado y después de 1 mes de prueba puedo decir que es un buen producto y apesar del precio y condiciones no parecen ser reconstruidos, vienen en una caja con la imagen de los audífonos y por dentro envueltos en plastico borbuja y cable de carga. Cumplen perfectamente su función y tienen un audio increíble, pongo 4 estrellas ya que parece que no le dura pucho la pila, según esto son 15hrs de duración pero a mí me dan como 10 aprox. Pero de ahí en fuera 10 de 10.

   if you want awesome sound this is the headset for you. the mic does work well but it sounds spacey. it picks up everything in the room and I mean everything. it appears to have an omni directional mic and not a directional. you cannot adjust this either. I use this on my PC so I needed to buy the Xbox adapter in order for the mic to work. I am very happy with them. I listen to music play games such as GTA online, Red Dead Redemption 2, rust, transport fever 2 Farming Simulator 17 19 21. the sound quality is really really good. your spacial awareness is pretty deep. I just wish the mic sounded better. for the price though you get amazing sound quality

   So I had purchased a similar item through akiya-switch.com warehouse “like new” condition. I did some research first on what to expect on a “like new” item and it was suppose to be almost brand new, and what I received was literal garbage, it came broken in pieces. So I was really IFFY about buying another renewed/refurb item from akiya-switch.com, but the price was just good so decided to give it one more shot. Glad I did, you could not tell the item was refurbished at all, it looked brand new, came in a generic box with a turtle beach branded slip on the box. The headset was bubble wrapped and came with a turtle beach branded charge cable. Super easy to pair with my Xbox, the sounds its pretty good and the volume is loud but crisp at the higher levels. Doesn’t have Bluetooth as some of the more pricey headsets out there but that was ok with me, for your casual gamer its great! I would recommend this renewed headset, it’s definitely worth it!

   Funciona muy bien en el Xbox, pero cuando lo conecte en Windows 11, el sonido no fue el esperado, tal vez fue una falla , los pude regresar sin problema.

   Overall this is a great headset. I used turtle beach back in the Xbox 360 days. The sound was always on point back then but they would always break after a while. So I bought elsewhere for a while. Well I was due a wireless set and I tried turtle beach again. These are very nice. I got a renewed pair so I didn’t have to pay the total retail on these. Very great sound! Easy controls on the left earcups and the app is so useful! These are very comfy but they are a bit bulky and the earcups tend to get a little hot over long use. The hideaway mic is a great touch. As for longevity, time will tell.

   One of the best features about these is that they can connect to my phone and Xbox at the same time so I can watch stuff on TikTok or answer calls on my phone while still being in a party or playing a game on my Xbox. They charge fairly quickly and have a really good battery life. 100% recommend

    I have been through so many headsets and this one finally hits home on everything I’m looking for. These headphones are arguably the best headphones on the market for the Xbox.

    The fact that there is no USB dongle required sold me right out of the gate, the rest of the features were a bonus for me. USB-C Charging, Bluetooth for phones and PC AND wireless connection for Xbox, memory foam cushions that don’t hurt after 30 mins of use, flip down mic to talk flip up to mute and separate volume channels for chat and game.

    Oh and did I mention the refurbished pair is only $99????? They came in an official refurbished box from Turtle Beach with paperwork inside and they look and feel new, seriously.

    I really like this headset, very easy to connect to Xbox, good volume and directional sound, I also really like the mic mouthpiece and how you just flip it to the up position to mute it when you need. Also when my wife and kids are in the same room talking or watching tv it doesn’t pick up the ambient sound and my squad mates say my voice sounds clear and crisp and the earpieces block out the ambient noise for me as well. Only negative I have is that after a few hours it’s makes my ears tender but then again I have rather large ears and Turtle Beach had nothing to do with that 😂

    So I bought this with the high hopes of having some a good quality headset. They worked good for the first month and sound quality is great. After a month of use I started having issues where they would turn off randomly while being used, at first it started doing it very rarely than it kept getting worse. Every time I used them they would turned off at least once per use this all happened while they were fully charged. Sometimes they would turn off as soon as I turned them on. It got very annoying when playing games, well a few days ago after being fully charged, I turned them on, lasted about a minute then they turned off and now they won’t turn back on at all. Its been like that for a few days now, and after trying to do a reset, and their little reboot on turtle beach website still nothing. Very disappointed, in $100 headset and company that has poor quality products.
