   Love the buttons and the stick, but the PCB is not recognized by my WIN10 machine at all and the stick is completely useless because of that. As there are no drivers or technical support available, this is a dead end for me and a dead product. Hopefully EG Starts comes up with some documentation.

   Love everything about it except that sometimes it boots into the wrong mode and it’s a bit of a fight to get it back into the right mode.

   Is there a link to firmware to always make it boot in “blue” mode?

   Also, all the buttons work, except the Home key in Linux. It recognizes properly on my windows PC, the home key works. Plug it into Linux and the home key doesn’t seem to do anything. Makes me unable to get out of a rom or access the emulator menu. Any suggestions? Otherwise, very happy with the product and will be ordering more for my next arcade build.

   Love the LEDs especially. My whole family are big fans.

   It is pretty cool! Just one thing!!!I’m using a docking station and for the Switch to recognize the buttons I have to plug the usb from the buttons encoder board into the docking station every time I turn it on. So I just make it a habit to unplug the usb encoder board every time I remove my Switch. It is just one small minor inconvenience for Coolness!!!

   Used for a switch arcade controller. Undocked, the arcade buttons work out of the box no issues. Docked, however, it seems to have trouble detecting the board. Unsure if this is specific to my encoder board or not. Unplugging and plugging the usb several times ends up fixing it, but every-time i shut it down or undock, i have to go through this again, which is an annoyance.
   Another issue is that I received two buttons labeled ‘L’ and had no button labeled “R” in the box. In the grand scheme of things, you can wire any button to any spot, so it still works, but it looks odd when both the left and right buttons on the arcade have a visible black “L” as a label

   Bought this set to get pinball buttons on my Nintendo Switch pinball cabinet. It was installed within 45 minutes and works great!!!

   Perfect set for pinball cabinets.
