It’s a great keyboard kit. It has good lighting and a good amount of weight to it. I had no issue installing switches. However, the rgb software is impossible to download leaving you with extremely limited rgb settings for a otherwise perfect kit.

This keyboard has a great feel and layout and is easy to build on. However, watch out when getting the software to customize the keys and the lights. There are versions floating around online, and even from the official source, with malware or corrupted files on them. Look up the model on google and find a reddit thread where a user posted about a “cleaned” version of the software. I used that link and it was okay, now my keyboard is customized.

Everything was fine until the key started having issues after about a year and a half. Some keys wouldn’t register key presses or register twice. For the price, I expected more durability.

It looked fine outta the box and then I was putting the keycaps in and got to the CAPS lock key to find that my switch wouldn’t fit. The slot for it was too wide? It would go in, but if you hit the CAPS key it would just fall out. This was my first time building a keyboard so I thought maybe I was missing something to put in there, but after like two hours of searching and looking at other keyboard bases (including the sellers’ other bases) I realized it had to be a manufacturing error. You can look at the pictures for it and zoom in and see that the CAPS key slot is wider than any other slot.

ALSO, sidenote, when I was taking all the switches out to return it you could basically just brush your hand over them and they would just fall out. Not sure if it’s due to the switches or the keyboard, but overall it was defiantly a bummer!
