The product came through fine but unlike other neptune games this was an awful let down, battle system and ridiculous amount of menuing ruined an otherwise funny game. Sharing of the battle points was frustrating, you needed intense knowledge of each enemy in the area then sort your attacks, which was based on post position.
Utterly dumb, poorly explained, probably the worst game in idea factories nep games. Don’t bother unless very cheap. Still love nep though.

Me being stupid assumed this game was the version to be released on 28th July but being a fan of JRPG & this series, I still played.
If I knew this game would be 2d, I mean literally pretty pictures with the most basic animation and was so linear I would’ve avoided this; my fault for not really reading the product. The game play is very much watching and not participating, I know JRPG is known for their cut scenes but this game doesn’t do a good job of that. It’s like paper Mario… not in a good way either.
I do want to ask, with the incredible graphics we get today, why are we getting games like this even charging more than a tenner? It’s the kind of game you could simply download and emulator for and play on your PC. Bad game, dont buy.
